Coimbatore; Many people participated enthusiastically in the Anti-Drug Awareness Marathon. Before the competition started, the participants took a pledge against drugs.

The distances set for the Family Run were 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km.

The winners were awarded medals and a cash prize of Rs. 3.5 lakh. The marathon was jointly sponsored by the ‘Dinamalar’ newspaper. From children to adults, people participated enthusiastically in the competitions.
