The SSVM Institutions hosted the fourth edition of their flagship event, the Transforming India Conclave 2025, setting the stage for three days of rich discussions, innovation showcases, and inspirational exchanges. Over the years, the conclave has carved its identity as one of India’s most credible platforms for knowledge-sharing, bringing together visionaries from across industries to engage with young minds. This year, the event held added significance as SSVM celebrated 28 years of educational excellence.
The central theme for 2025, “Artificial Intelligence and Humanity – Co-Creating Our World Today,” reflected the institution’s forward-thinking vision. With artificial intelligence rapidly transforming industries, lifestyles, and education, the conclave emphasized that technology must remain anchored in human values such as empathy, ethics, and compassion.

Dr. Manimekalai Mohan, Founder and Managing Trustee of SSVM Institutions, set the tone in her inaugural address. She remarked, “Machines may calculate, but it is humanity that must guide with care and consciousness. At SSVM, we believe education must empower students to co-create the future responsibly. AI achieves its true purpose only when driven by empathy and values. This conclave is our way of inspiring young minds to innovate with heart, and to imagine a future where technology enhances human potential without diminishing human spirit.”
The keynote address was delivered by Jalaj Dani, Co-Promoter of Asian Paints and Chairman of Addverb & Endure Air. Stressing the importance of responsible innovation, he observed: “Technology is a powerful enabler, but progress without purpose is incomplete. Innovation must align with ethics and social needs. The future of AI will not be determined by the complexity of machines, but by the wisdom with which humanity deploys it.”

The conclave featured an impressive lineup of speakers spanning entrepreneurship, arts, cinema, technology, and social impact. Among them were Ankur Warikoo, Founder of Webveda and popular content creator, who shared lessons on embracing uncertainty in the age of AI; Rahul John Aju, entrepreneur and TEDx speaker, who urged students to think big and act boldly; Harshit Agrawal, India’s pioneering AI-based artist, who demonstrated how creativity and machine learning can collaborate; Lokesh Kanagaraj, acclaimed filmmaker, who highlighted cinema’s ability to connect with people beyond technology; Rishi Jain, AI strategist, who decoded responsible youth engagement with AI; and Tapan Aslot, who addressed innovation in fast-changing global markets.
Together, their perspectives transformed the conclave into a vibrant festival of ideas, energizing students, educators, and professionals alike.

One of the most anticipated moments was the announcement of the Studentpreneur Awards 2025, which recognized students who translated bold ideas into socially impactful projects. The awards reflected SSVM’s mission of nurturing entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging young people to lead with vision and responsibility.
The winners included Ronak Kolsa, Arnav Saraf, and Naithik Agarwala of Chinmaya International Residential School, who received the first prize of ₹75,000. The second prize of ₹50,000 went to Daya Vishnu Kumaran of Sri Ramana Academy Senior Secondary CBSE School, while the third prize of ₹25,000 was awarded to D.S. Sarvesh Aditya, H. Shiv Sarvesh, and Sashwath R.S. of PVM Global School. The awards were presented by Dr. Manimekalai Mohan, Dr. Raja Sabapathi (Head of Plastic Surgery, Ganga Hospital), and other distinguished guests.
Another proud moment for SSVM was the presentation of the Inspirational Guru Awards 2025, honouring exceptional teachers from across India who have dedicated their lives to shaping future generations. Twenty educators received national awards, while fourteen teachers were honoured with SSVM division awards.

Reflecting on the importance of educators, Dr. Manimekalai Mohan stated, “The future is not something we wait for—it is something we create with conscience, creativity, and compassion. Tomorrow’s India will be built by the partnership of artificial intelligence and humanity.”
The conclave also welcomed eminent voices from diverse domains. Dr. Raja Sabapathi, a leading surgeon, stressed the irreplaceable role of empathy in healthcare. Jibu Elias, AI ethics researcher, reminded participants that technology must be governed by values, not just algorithms. Sharan Hegde, Founder & CEO of the 1% Club, emphasized that machines could never replace human relationships.
Adding further depth, Rohit Kapoor highlighted transformative shifts in the food delivery sector, Prakash Padukone explained that sports thrive on passion which technology cannot replicate, Suresh Narayanan, Chairman of Nestl India, emphasized that a brand’s true worth lies in lived experiences, and Sanjay Jain argued that AI could support teachers but never replace them.
Beyond the talks and awards, the conclave came alive with cultural performances, global case studies, and interactive discussions. These elements gave the three-day gathering a holistic and memorable atmosphere, balancing intellectual rigor with creative inspiration.
As the conclave drew to a close, participants left with a renewed vision: a future where artificial intelligence and humanity advance together, complementing and empowering one another.
The Transforming India Conclave 2025 ultimately reaffirmed SSVM’s mission to empower students, educators, and professionals as co-creators of a technology-driven yet value-centered future. With bold conversations, recognition of young innovators, and celebration of educators, the conclave once again demonstrated SSVM’s role as not just an academic institution, but as a thought leader shaping India’s evolving narrative of progress.
