Chennai: The Election Commission has announced awards for the district collectors of Tiruvannamalai, Kanchipuram and Coimbatore for their excellent performance in the election and voter list revision work.
In this regard, Tamil Nadu Chief Electoral Officer Archana Patnaik said in a statement: The officers have been selected for the Best District Election Officer (DEO), Best Election Registration Officer (ERO), Best Booth Level Officer (BLO) and Special Award. These awards will be presented by Governor Ravi at a function to be held on the 25th (National Voters Day) at 10:30 am at the Kalaivanar Arangam in Chennai.
