Thondamuthur; Kumbabhishekam work is in full swing at Perur Patteswarar Temple.
One of the landmarks of Coimbatore and a thousand-year-old temple, the Perur Patteswarar Temple is located. The Kumbabhishekam ceremony will be held on a grand scale in this temple on February 10th.

For this, a palalayam was built in 2023. The painting work on the temple towers, inner courtyard, and outer courtyard is about to be completed.
In front of the temple, work is in full swing to construct 60 kundams and 49 yagasala halls with vedikas for Kumbabhishekam.

Since the stone floors in the temple are smooth, the work of masonry is also underway. Work is also being done to remove bushes and reconstruct the teppakulam.

Since there are only a few days left for the Kumbabhishekam, work will be carried out day and night to complete the work quickly. The Yagasalai Mandapam work will be completed on January 30, said the officials of the Charitable Foundations Department.
