Student Home was started by PSG & Sons Foundation to help the economically backward and poor children of the society become achievers rather than being crippled by their family circumstances.
In this case, on the occasion of Diwali, more than 200 students studying in this student residence were entertained by giving sweets, crackers and sweets to PSG & Sons Foundation Trustee L. Gopalakrishnan and administrators.
The students who participated in the event conducted under the leadership of the trustees burst environment-friendly firecrackers.
They rejoiced and lit lamps and celebrated happily.
S. Gopalakrishnan, Executive Trustee of the Foundation and Guthramurthy, Director of PSG Care, speaking to the media, said that the student home was started in the year 1995 to provide support to the children from the economically backward section of the society. Initiated in advance Diwali celebration was celebrated in PSG student hall.
L. Gopalakrishnan, Trustee of PSG, & Sons Foundation along with the administrators distributed gifts to the students and shared the joy.
