Phoenix Group, a leading developer of large-scale retail and lifestyle spaces in India, is preparing to launch Coimbatore’s largest shopping mall on Avinashi Road in the Nava India area. This major development will cover 9.16 acres and feature a built-up area of 1.26 million square feet, making it the city’s most extensive retail and entertainment center.
With an estimated investment of ₹670 crore, the Phoenix Mall is set to transform the shopping and leisure experience for residents and visitors in Coimbatore. The mall will offer a mix of top national and international retail brands, modern multiplex cinemas, gourmet dining outlets, family-friendly entertainment zones, and extensive parking facilities, creating a comprehensive destination for lifestyle and entertainment.
Construction is expected to start in September 2025, with completion targeted for August 2028. This project reflects Phoenix Group’s commitment to creating landmark lifestyle destinations in high-growth urban areas, following the success of its Phoenix Marketcity malls in Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
