191 new recruits joining central govt receive offer letters in Coimbatore at Rozgar Mela held in Sri Krishna Institutions

Union Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary participated in the 10th edition of Rozgar Mela (Employment Fair) held in Coimbatore at Sri Krishna Institutions on Tuesday (29.10.24) and distributed 191 appointment letters to new recruits joining central government departments such as the Department of Post, Southern Railways and Central Industrial Security Force.

Rozgar Mela organized in 40 locations across India today witnessed the distribution of more than 51,000 job offer letters to newly appointed youth in Government departments and organisations by Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conferencing.

Union Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary presented the appointment letters to the successful candidates in the presence of Saravanan, Postmaster General, TN – West; Vanathi Srinivasan, MLA – Coimbatore South, S.Malarvizhi, Chairperson, Sri Krishna Institutions; S.K. Vimalanathan is the Chief Commissioner (Preventive) of the Tiruchirappalli Customs (Preventive) Zone and a few other guests.

Speaking at the event, Union Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary said that this government under Prime Minister Modi is giving utmost priority to job creation in the country, and see that the youth are employed because when a youth employed, his/her entire family gets elevated.

The Indian Government under PM Modi has removed outdated laws and unnecessary compliances in the country. Where there was weakness, there is strength now, he said.

The Minister highlighted that the government under PM Modi has given importance to entrepreneurship and supports it with Mudra Yojana scheme, improves the skills of youth via Skills India Mission 2.0, encourage start-ups through Startup India Scheme.

“It is the vision of the Prime Minister to see a developed India in 2047 – the 100th year of the country’s independence. India, today, is full of youth and energy. The youth of this nation should fulfill their duties to their motherland as that will make India attain Viksit Bharat status by 2047,” the Minster said.

Appealing to the new recruits, he wanted them to not think of their work as a mere job but a service to this nation.
