கோவை மருத்துவக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் மருத்துவமனையின் டீன் டாக்டர் நிர்மலா தொடங்கி வைத்தார்,டாக்டர் என்.ஜி.பி. ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் கல்வி அறக்கட்டளையின் நிர்வாக அறங்காவலர், டாக்டர் தவமணி டி.பழனிசாமி,கே.எம்.சி.ஹெச் செயல்முறை மருத்துவக் கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர், பேராசிரியர் எஸ். ஜி. பிரவீன் வழங்கினார். நிகழ்ச்சியில் கல்லூரியின் இயக்குனர், டாக்டர். சுஜாதா மிஸ்சல், கல்லூரியின் துணை முதல்வர் சுகி சௌமியன்,உதவி பேராசிரியர் கிருஷ்ணா மேலும் 350க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவ மாணவியர் விழிப்புணைர்வு பதாகைகளை ஏந்தி சென்றனர்.

World Occupational Therapy Day Awareness Rally
On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 7:30 am, KMCH College of Occupational Therapy and Department of Occupational Therapy, KMCH successfully organized an Awareness Rally at Race Course, Coimbatore to commemorate World Occupational Therapy Day 2024. The event saw enthusiastic participation from around 350 individuals, including students, faculty, and community members, all united to raise awareness about the essential role of occupational therapy in improving quality of life. The rally was inaugurated by the chief guest, Dr. A. NIRMALA, DEAN OF COIMBATORE MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, whose inspiring address emphasized the importance of occupational therapy in empowering individuals with disabilities. Distinguished guests Dr. THAVAMANI D. PALANI SWAMI, Managing Trustee,Dr. NGP R&ET and Dr. ARUN N. PALANI SWAMI, Executive Director,KMCH also graced the occasion, showing their support. Prof S. G. PRAVEEN, Principal of KMCH COT, delivered the welcome address, setting an inspiring ambience for the gathering. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Vice-Principal, Prof. Sugi Sowmian expressing her gratitude Dr. Sujata Missal, Director,KMCH COT added prominence to the awareness rally, emphasizing the event’s significance.The rally was successfully coordinated by Asst Professor.
